    Summit Handouts:  Summit delegates will receive conference materials upon check-in at the registration desk.   A notebook
    portfolio will be given to all attendees for note taking and for any additional handouts during the Summit.   The first 20
    attendees eligible for the Phil Alberstat's book "The Insider's Guide to Film Finance" will be mailed to you prior to the
    conference.

    Attire:  The entire conference including receptions is "business casual."  

    Payment Information:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Wire Transfers, and Checks.  Please make
    all checks payable to Networking Seminars Inc., and mail to PO Box 300, Hartsdale, NY 10530.  Networking Seminars, Inc.
    TIN # 20-8596766.  All registration fees must be paid prior to attending.

    Substitution & Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations must be received 4 business days prior to event to receive a refund less
    a $195 processing charge.   You can send a substitute or you can also request a credit in full to attend another seminar. No
    refunds can be processed within 4 business days before for the event and you will receive a credit.  Once the conference
    begins and you fail to attend, or inform us of your cancellation, you will lose your opportunity to request a refund or credit for
